We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If SnapTrayCo is not right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund you. One line is enough.
How to return
- Email us at SnapTray@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number.
- We will reply with return instructions and the address to send the item to.
- You pay the return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we refund the price of the items to your original payment method. Shipping on your original order was free, so there is nothing to refund for it.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at SnapTray@outlook.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right.
